Job Title: Senior Geologist (6 to 10 Years Experience)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior Geologist with a strong background in exploration, resource modeling, and geological interpretation to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on experience in the mining or exploration industry and will play a key role in delivering high-quality geological assessments for current operations and future projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead geological mapping, core logging, and sampling programs
- Interpret and model geological data for resource estimation and mine planning
- Design and oversee drilling programs (exploration, infill, and geotechnical)
- Compile and validate geological data and generate technical reports
- Collaborate with mine engineers, environmental scientists, and project managers
- Supervise and mentor junior geologists and field staff
- Conduct QA/QC on sampling and assay data to ensure data integrity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in mineral exploration or mining geology
- Experience with various deposit types (e.g., gold, base metals, coal, lithium, etc.)
- Registration with a professional geological body
- Proven track record in resource estimation and technical reporting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel or work in remote exploration sites as required
Software Proficiency:
Must have knowledge of relevant software and applications.
