๐‰๐จ๐› ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฌ๐œ๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: We are seeking an experienced Mining Engineer with 10 to 15 years of proven industry experience to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of mining operations. This role involves close collaboration with geology, operations, and environmental teams to ensure safe, cost-effective, and sustainable mining practices.
๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

  • Design and optimize open-pit and/or underground mine plans
  • Conduct feasibility studies, reserve estimations, and life-of-mine planning
  • Perform technical evaluations, cost analysis, and risk assessments
  • Field supervision and mentorship of junior engineers and technical staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Work closely with production and geology teams to improve operational efficiency
  • Provide technical input to strategic development projects

๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:

  • Masterโ€™s or PhD degree in Mining Engineering, or related field (bachelorโ€™s degree holder with solid field and software experience will be considered).
  • Minimum 10 years of practical experience in mining operations, planning, or project development
  • Strong knowledge of mine design, scheduling, and cost control
  • Familiarity with local and international mining codes and safety regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
